Warwick-based road safety specialists Tele-Traffic UK are set to wow audiences at this year’s Intertraffic event in April, with a number of new additions to their catalogue of some of the most sophisticated pieces of traffic safety equipment available on the market.

One is centred on the successful Concept System which is already in service across the UK, serving 98% of the UK’s police forces, and the whole of Ireland. Concept is a fully digital traffic offence recording system which is not only lightweight but easily transportable. 

The system burns straight to DVD and can be saved to hard drive.  It also offers a facility enabling users to skip straight to an offence, alleviating the onerous task of storing and manually trawling through unwanted data.  Offering more user facilities than ever before, the Concept system has been type approved by the Secretary of State.
 
Another of the exciting new products from Tele-Traffic is aimed at Roads Policing Units which is a small portable option using the next generation of laser/camera technology. There have also been exciting changes to the Motorcycle mounted Laser/Camera systems.

All the features of the Lastec Local Video capture system are incorporated into a motorcycle configuration for the ultimate in mobility.  Lightweight and compact enough to fit in a motor cycle pannier, the UltraLyte allows laser-sharp selectivity, instant speed readings and rugged reliability and can all be packed away and mobile within a minute. With a tough, waterproof and shock resistant aluminium housing and special facilities for night use, it is an indispensable tool for traffic enforcement and management operation.
